Peningkatan Mutu Pembelajaran Matematika Melalui Cooperative Learning Model Jigsaw di SMK Sriwijaya 2 Wangon

Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Sriwijaya 2 Wangon, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Matematika. Pembelajaran Matematika dengan penerapan metode Cooperative Learning model Jigsaw diharapkan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa sekaligus minat belajar Matematika. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas XII Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan SMK Sriwijaya 2 Wangon. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penerapan metode Cooperative Learning model Jigsaw di kelas XII Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Pelaksanaan penelitian melibatkan guru Matematika yang lain sebagai kolaborator. Melalui data yang ada dan refleksi awal, prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas ini meliputi : 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) observasi, 4) refleksi dalam setiap siklus. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi (pengamatan), angket, wawancara, dokumen serta tes. Penelitian terlaksana dalam 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi dan minat belajar Matematika berhasil dengan baik. Mutu pembelajaran terlihat pada perubahan kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Pada siklus I siswa masih terlihat canggung, bingung dan sebagian ada yang kurang memperhatikan penjelasan guru. Kegiatan diskusi ternyata didominasi siswa yang pandai. Pada siklus II, tampak keberanian siswa untuk bertanya dan menyampaikan pendapatnya. Diskusi kelompok berkembang cukup baik. Masing-masing kelompok tampak bersemangat mengukir prestasi yang baik, khusus pada usaha memperoleh penghargaan kelompok yang tinggi. Peningkatan prestasi belajar ditunjukkan dengan keaktifan siswa, juga ditunjukkan dengan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal naik dari 57,89% menjadi 86,48%, sedangkan rata-rata belajar siswa naik dari 62,42 pada siklus I menjadi 75,16 pada siklus II.
